David A. Lee received his undergraduate degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2005. Mr. Lee received his law degree, cum laude, with an emphasis in environmental, land use, and real estate law from Chapman University School of Law in 2010. During law school, Mr. Lee served as a contributing editor for Nexus: A Journal of Opinion. In 2007, Mr. Lee served judicial externships for the Honorable John E. Ryan and the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judges for the Central District of California. Mr. Lee served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan from August 2010 to August 2011.

Mr. Lee focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and on general commercial and business litigations matters in both state and federal courts. He is a member of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers'.
