HUTCHISON D. MELTZER received his undergraduate degree in environmental economics from University of California, Berkeley, in 1998 and his law degree in 2001 from Tulane University, where he was a member of the Ruby Vale Corporate Moot Court Team and the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Team.  He served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable Kathleen P. March, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Central District of California, from August 2001 to November 2002.  In 2005 and 2010, Mr. Meltzer was selected by Los Angeles Magazine as a Rising Star.  He is also on the editorial board of the California Bankruptcy Journal.
