ROBERT S. MARTICELLO received his undergraduate degree in psychology from California State University Chico in 2001, and his law degree from California Western School of Law in 2005, where he graduated magna cum laude.  Mr. Marticello was a member of the California Western Law Review and the California Western International Law Journal.  In the spring of 2005, Mr. Marticello served a judicial externship to the Honorable Napoleon A. Jones, Jr., United States District Judge for the Southern District of California.  Mr. Marticello served a judicial clerkship to the Honorable John E. Ryan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, from August 2005 to February 2007, and to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California, from March to August 2007.  Mr. Marticello is currently serving as President of the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
