BETH GASCHEN received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of California at San Diego - Revelle College in 2003, and her law degree from Chapman University School of Law in 2006.  Ms. Gaschen was an editors of the Nexus Law Journal.  In the Spring of 2005, Ms. Gaschen served a judicial externship to the Honorable Terry J. Hatter, Jr., United States District Judge for the Central District of California.  She also served a judicial externship to the Honorable John E. Ryan, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Central District of California in the Spring of 2006.  Ms. Gaschen served a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Erithe A. Smith from August 2006 to August 2009.  Ms. Gaschen is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
