AUTUMN D. SPAETH received her undergraduate degree in political science from the University of California Los Angeles in 1996, and her law degree on 2000 from the University of Southern California Law School where she was Notes Editor for the Southern California Law Review. She also received a Master of Arts degree in Communications Management in 2000 from the University of Southern California Annenberg School.  Ms. Spaeth was an associate with McDermott, Will & Emery before joining Weiland, Golden, Smiley, Wang Ekvall & Strok, LLP in 2003.  She is a member of the Federal Bar Association of Orange County, the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Orange County Bar Association, and the Orange County Women Lawyers Association.

Ms. Spaeth concentrates her practice on bankruptcy related litigation, the representation of trustees and receivers, and business litigation.  She is experienced in a wide range of matters including intellectual property litigation and partnership disputes.
